Accurate profile and eligibility
Keep profile, social, audience, age, location, skill, tax, verification, and withdrawal details accurate. Eligibility is checked per task and may change. Access to one task does not guarantee access to another.
Accepting work
Acceptance creates a commitment to the task brief, completion window, deadline, deliverables, disclosure rules, revision policy, and content rights shown before acceptance. Do not reserve a slot you do not reasonably expect to complete.
Original, authentic work
Submissions must be your work or properly licensed. Do not submit recycled work as original, plagiarize, conceal prohibited generative-AI use, falsify analytics, or use fake engagement. Obtain releases and permissions for people, music, footage, locations, trademarks, and other protected material where required.
Advertising disclosures
Follow all instructions and applicable advertising, endorsement, and platform disclosure rules. Disclosures must be clear and difficult to miss. Do not make unsupported product, health, financial, or performance claims.
Reviews, revisions, and disputes
Clippay or an authorized reviewer may approve, reject, or request a reasonable revision based on the brief. Rejections and revision requests should include a reason. Raise a dispute honestly and provide relevant evidence; abusive or repetitive misuse of disputes is prohibited.
Rewards and tax
Rewards are earned only after approval and any stated hold. You are responsible for information and obligations required for tax compliance. Withdrawal may require identity, payout-account, fraud, and minimum-balance checks.
Confidentiality
Do not disclose non-public briefs, unreleased assets, campaign plans, personal data, access credentials, or other confidential information. Use such material only to perform the accepted task and delete it when no longer required.
Content rights
A task must identify the required licence or transfer. Do not accept if you do not understand the requested rights. Unless a brief states otherwise, you do not receive ownership of brand materials and may not reuse them outside the task.
Independent participation
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, using Clippay does not create employment, partnership, agency, or guaranteed hours. You control whether to accept available tasks, subject to commitments already accepted.
